#JustStart your Goals
Health is the most important thing in human life. There is a saying that “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness”. Because of our busy routine, we forget to maintain our health. An unhealthy person cannot focus on his work properly, he gets tired and feels drowsiness during work.
It is very important for a person to realize that real wealth is health. If we want to earn and work hard, first we need to maintain our health. Mahatma Gandhi once said:
To keep ourselves healthy, some people often go to the gym, some go swimming, and some play sports. To keep me healthy and active, I have set my goal to walk at least ten thousand steps daily. It is necessary for not only me, but all of us to go to walk amidst the beautiful nature. This not only makes us healthy, but the sight of beautiful nature gives us inner satisfaction and peace.
To achieve my goal, the most important challenge was waking up early in the morning and managing the time. To achieve goals everyone has to face many challenges that come across in their way. One can only face these challenges, if they are committed to their goal. And fortunately, I am committed to mine, and Alhamdulillah I have successfully achieved my first-day target of ten thousand steps.
After offering Fajr prayer I went to walk amidst the beautiful nature which I found in the park near my home. The sweet chirping of birds gave me inner satisfaction and I felt really good. After covering four thousand steps, I realized that I have to go home because I have to get myself ready for my Internship.
It was only one day of the walk and I felt that I feel less drowsiness. Since I haven’t achieved my target, that’s why after reaching home and after having tea and offering Maghrib prayer, I again went to the park to complete my remaining steps. I was free of all the negative thoughts of workload and study, and most important of all I was enjoying my own company and cold winds.
I successfully reached home after completing my first-day goal and now I am sharing my beautiful experience with you. I encourage you all to do the same as I did, it is only the first day and I am feeling too much relaxed and I believe that today I will have a beautiful nap and wake more actively in the morning.
