Every beginning has an end and every end is a new beginning.

With a deep heart, I want to share the most difficult part of the entire fellowship. My three months of the beautiful journey at Amal Academy came to an end. It is now the time to say goodbye. I believe, it is not an end but a new beginning.
My journey at Amal Academy has been great throughout. I found myself different from the one three months back, who had a fixed mindset and got easily discouraged. It is due to Amal Academy, now I take setbacks as an opportunity. I realized that actually, my weaknesses are now my strengths.
My last session was full of emotions and fun. It was too different from the other session and was held on 21st Feb, 2021.

Beginning with interesting activity

We started the session with an amazing activity of solving riddles. The challenge was to answer through a picture of our own and one member can only take 3 pictures. We were divided into 2 teams to complete the task. This activity was full of laughter, fun, and engagement.

The surprise we gave

You know what? After the activity, all the fellows turned off their cameras to give tribute to our legendary facilitators Sir Zaki and Ma’am Namra. In the session, Sir Zaki kept on saying to turn on the cameras because he was also confused :p. Then together we turned on the camera with a thankyou note for our facilitators. It turned the whole session into a bunch of emotions. After this, we applied filters to our videos and it was really fun :p

The time we get emotional

After that activity, Sir Zaki asked all of us to answer these questions. Soothing music was also playing in the background to make us all emotional. These questions were:

1- What are the 3 things that we are grateful for?

2-Who are the 3 fellows that became our good friends?

3- Whose growth journey inspired us?

4- What is that one thing we will not say to our own self after the last session?

5-Who are the people we want to thank for this fellowship experience?

6- Who will we recommend this fellowship?

Then we started sharing our feelings for Amal Academy. This was the most emotional part of the whole Amal Journey since goodbye was near :(. I shared my feelings as

“No matter where I am, how tired I am, joining Amal sessions gives peace and satisfaction in mind. I found this place full of positivity, too different from the real world. Thank you so much Amal Academy”

I felt too good to hear the appreciation note about my batch 174 from my facilitators Sir Zaki and Ma’am Namra.

Goodbye Amal Academy

Now it was the time to say goodbye :( In the end, we pay tribute to Sir Awais :D

Emotional uplift

Every session of Amal academy has been great but this session was full of emotional uplift. In these 3 months, we became a family and it was really heartbreaking that there will no Saturday and Sunday sessions again :(. We are planning a meetup, so we may all always get connected with the bunch of memories :)

Fellowship in future life

As I always say. This fellowship has done and is still doing great for me. I will never forget the teachings I learned of Amal and I will apply those to reach my goals to find inner satisfaction.
